As a company who is focused on their clients needs we at Mitchell's have a Planned Maintenance scheme in place to service the needs of our commercial and industrial clients. To get the best from the service a member of our senior management team meets with the client to establish the nature of their business the current state of the drainage system and the future requirements of the client. At that point a quotation for a maintenance contract is put together for the client to read through. The maintenance contract is for a period of minimum 1 year and the service can be carried out at regular intervals to suit the client this can either be weekly, monthlhy, bimontlhy quarterly 6 monthly or annually. All our contract require a minimum of 3 months notice and are on a rolling basis which ensures that the client does not need to remember to renew the contract on an annual basis.
